Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 444x account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. 444x employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification procedures to detect and prevent duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to the individual may be closed and all balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444x login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 444x will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel outside of the secure login interface.
You agree to notify 444x immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 444x accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 444x reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts and to close dormant accounts after the applicable notification period. Any remaining balance following deduction of fees will be returned to the player by the last registered payment method on file.
444x accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and major debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
All deposits are credited to your 444x wallet in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by 444x. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, and 444x accepts no liability for third-party charges.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the account panel. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 444x does not make payments to third parties.
Typical processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within one to three hours; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. These timelines are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
444x reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals pending completion of identity verification. Bonus funds issued by 444x are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account, failing which they will expire and be removed.

444x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network disruption, or force majeure events outside 444x's reasonable control.
In all circumstances, 444x's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
444x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to 444x or to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination of an account, 444x will return any verified, legitimately deposited funds held in the player's wallet, less any amounts owed by the player to 444x, including but not limited to unmet wagering requirements on bonus-derived balances. Funds associated with fraudulent deposits or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
